Our spot is in Ranchi, specifically over in Veer Kunwar Singh Colony in the Hinoo area. If you are looking for us, we are located at Mr. Rajiv Kumar’s place, c/o H.N. Lal. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, not like those big glass buildings you see in the metro cities. We have been part of the landscape here in Jharkhand for some time now. Dealing with planes and travel in a place like Hinoo means things are usually a bit quieter until the phones start ringing. The colony is a decent place, pretty friendly neighbors and not too much noise most of the day. We spend our hours keeping track of flight stuff and making sure the paperwork is straight. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and chatting with colleagues about the weekend. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is here, but we have backups to keep the computers running. We aren't trying to be some massive global entity when you walk through the door; it feels more like a local office where everyone knows your name. It’s simple, really. We come in, do the work, and go home to our families. The address is easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local rickshaw pullers know where Veer Kunwar Singh Colony is. Just a regular bunch of people working hard and getting through the week like everybody else.
