Our location at Rz-49/1 in Tughlakabad is where we handle the ground-level side of things. It’s a bit of a dusty area with a lot of trucks and traffic, which is quite different from the shiny airports people usually associate with airline names. This office is where we deal with the more practical, everyday logistics that don't always get seen by the public. There’s a lot of paper moving across desks and people coming in and out with different reports throughout the shift. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy coffee machines. We just have the basics to get through the workday. The building itself is pretty plain, and the street outside can be quite loud during the afternoon hours. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other pretty well. We spend our breaks talking about our families or the latest news from the neighborhood. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it’s hot outside, but we’ve got fans and plenty of water to keep us going. We don't really do the big corporate talk here. We're just regular workers making sure the details are sorted so that everything else can function. It’s a steady routine of checking schedules and filing away documents. Tughlakabad has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it over the years, just doing our part of the job.
