Jetairways

Jetairways. Our office is located at 364, on the first floor in Delhi 110009. It’s a pretty basic space. You have to walk up the stairs, and once you’re inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. There’s no big airport lounge feel here. It’s where we handle the paperwork and the technical side of things. The phones ring quite a bit, mostly people asking about flights or trying to fix a booking that went wrong. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, which is usually jammed with traffic. It’s a busy part of town. We don't have any flashy posters on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. The team here is small, and we’ve been working together through all the ups and downs. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. If you come in, we just look at the system and tell you what the computer says. Sometimes the news is good, sometimes it’s not. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s a straightforward job, and we don't try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. We’re just an office on the first floor doing our best to keep things organized. It’s a lot of typing and talking, day in and day out, but we’re used to the pace of it now. It’s just how we get by.
