We are based here in Delhi. It’s a big city and we have been part of it for a long time. Our office is just a regular place where we handle the day-to-day operations for the airline. There are a lot of people coming and going, mostly staff and people trying to get their flight details sorted out before they head to the airport. Delhi is always crowded, and our location is no different. It gets pretty loud and busy, especially during the peak travel seasons when everyone is in a hurry. We don't have much time for small talk because there is always a long line of things that need to be fixed or checked. The team here is just a bunch of regular people who have been working in aviation for many years. We know the city well and we know how the airport systems work. It’s not like what you see in the commercials; it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of time spent staring at computers. We have desks piled with papers and phones that don't seem to stop ringing some days. We’ve seen the company go through a lot of changes, but we just keep coming in and doing our jobs the best way we know how. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off to visitors. People know where to find us when they need help with their bookings or have questions. We just try to keep things simple and get the answers people are looking for without a fuss.
