Our office for Jetage Tours & Travel is on the first floor at 2302-A, Ram Nagar Extension. We are right on Mandoli Road in the Shahadra area of Delhi-32. If you know Mandoli Road, you know it is always packed with traffic, rickshaws, and people. It is a very lively and loud part of the city. We have our travel office up one flight of stairs in a regular building. It is a simple space without much flair. We have some maps on the wall and a few old posters of places people like to visit on holiday. There are a few computers where we book flights and hotels all day. It is not a fancy travel agency with leather chairs and air conditioning that freezes you out. We have plastic chairs and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to airlines or customers who want to go somewhere. It gets pretty loud because of the buses and horns outside on the main road, but we do not mind it much anymore. We have been in Shahadra for a long time. People from the neighborhood know us and just walk in to ask about train tickets or small holiday packages for their families. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the travel business well. We drink a lot of tea and keep things moving.
