Jet Airways(I) Ltd

We are based at A 193 in New Delhi, which is in the 110024 zip code area. Our office is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for the airline happens. It’s a fairly plain building, and inside it looks like any other busy workspace with desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We don't get to see the airplanes from our windows, but we spend all day thinking about them. Most of our time is taken up with checking the flight lists and making sure the crew schedules are sorted out. It can be a bit stressful when there’s a delay, and the phones start ringing all at once. We have a small break area where the kettle is always on, and that’s where we do most of our chatting. The walls are covered in notices and reminders about different procedures. It isn't a very fancy place, and some of the chairs are a bit squeaky, but we make do. We’ve been at this New Delhi address for a long time, so we have a set way of doing things. We don't use any corporate jargon when we’re talking to each other. It’s just about getting the work done so the flights can take off on time. Outside, the street is usually full of parked cars and people heading to the nearby shops. We just focus on our screens and try to stay ahead of the schedule.
