Jet Airways

We are tucked away on the second floor of M4/47 in Model Town 3, Delhi 9. It’s a residential-looking street but there are several businesses around here. This is the Jet Airways office for this part of town. It’s not the airport or a big fancy headquarters. It’s just a regular second-floor office where we deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff. The building is older and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying things. We spend a lot of our time on the computers and the phone lines. It gets pretty noisy in Model Town sometimes with the traffic and the people outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a lot of big posters or decorations. It’s just a place where work happens. Most of us have been working in the airline business for a while, so we know how things go. We don't use any of that corporate speak here. We just try to help people out with their flights and tickets. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that’s just how the job is. It’s an honest way to make a living in Delhi. We just do our work and head home. There’s nothing more to it than that.
