Jet Airways

We are based right here in New Delhi, working for Jet Airways. It’s a name most people know, but behind the scenes, we’re just regular employees working in an office. Our days are filled with managing flight schedules, dealing with ground staff, and trying to keep things on track. New Delhi is our main hub and it can get incredibly busy, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone is flying. We’ve had some tough times lately, which isn't a secret, but we’re still here working every day. The office isn't always the most organized place, especially when there are delays or weather issues to deal with. We spend a lot of time on the phone with pilots and airport crews. It’s a lot of responsibility to make sure planes get where they need to go. We aren't using a polished script to tell you this. It’s just a job that requires a lot of patience and quick thinking. Some of us have been with the airline for years and have seen it all. We just take it one flight at a time. The office atmosphere is a mix of stress and camaraderie. We don't have any fancy marketing lines to give you. We just focus on the logistics of flying and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next day's operations. It is a lot of work but someone has to do it.
