Jet Airways

Our office for Jet Airways is at 9B Arjun Apartments in Vikas Puri. It’s a bit unusual because we are located in a residential apartment block rather than a big glass commercial building. You have to come through the main gate of the apartments and walk past the gardens to find us. The office is on one of the lower floors and isn't very big. It’s a small space with a few desks and some filing cabinets pushed against the walls to make room. We have some old posters on the walls showing different places. Vikas Puri is a crowded part of Delhi so there is always noise from the street outside like horns and people shouting. We handle a lot of phone calls and people coming in with questions about their flights or tickets. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at computer screens all day. We don't don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one by the door so people know they are in the right place. The furniture is a bit worn out but it does the job for us. Sometimes the neighbors from the other apartments pop in just to say hello or ask for some help. We have a small kettle for making tea during the day. It’s a quiet office most of the time unless there’s a big rush of customers. We’ve been based in Arjun Apartments for a long time. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We just focus on our tasks.
