Jet Airways

We operate out of a flat in Dwarka, specifically Flat No 320, Sector 16B. It’s in Pocket 2 of the Jyotikunj Crpf Flats. Having Jet Airways associated with this address might seem a bit different since it’s a residential area in New Delhi 10078, but this is where we do the work. The office is basically a converted room with some computers and a couple of phones. It’s quiet compared to the main airport, which is nice for getting things done. We spend a lot of time on the line with the main office or helping people with their travel plans. There’s a tea kettle in the corner that’s almost always on. Since we are in a housing complex, we see the same neighbors every day coming and going. We don’t have a big lobby or a flashy entrance. You just come up to the flat and we can talk about whatever flight details need sorting out. The curtains are usually half-drawn to keep the afternoon sun off the monitors. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls throughout the day. It’s just us here, making sure the tickets are right and the schedules are set. It’s a simple way to run things, away from the big crowds and the noise of the city. We keep a stack of old magazines on the table for whenever there is a bit of downtime between the bookings. It’s not flashy, but it works for us.
