Being located at 128/B in West Mehram Nagar means we hear the planes all day long. We are right there near the domestic airport in New Delhi, which makes sense for what we do. It’s a bit of a dusty area with a lot of movement. People are always coming and going because of the airport nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we handle the daily airline operations and paperwork. The chairs are a bit old, and the desks are crowded with files. We don’t have fancy lobby music or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just the sound of people talking on phones and the hum of the air conditioner when it’s working right. Working near the airport has its ups and downs. The traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, but we’re used to it. We keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a practical location for us since we need to be close to the runways and the terminals. You won't find us in a high-rise building downtown. We prefer being right here on the ground where the actual action is. It feels honest to be this close to the planes we deal with every single day. We just stay busy and try to keep everything moving through the system without making too much of a fuss about it.
