We are located on the second floor of M - 173 in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. This isn't an airport terminal with planes outside the window; it is our office where we handle the behind-the-scenes work. It is a regular building in an area that is a mix of houses and shops. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The office is full of desks, computers, and stacks of printed flight schedules. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We deal with ticket issues, customer questions, and all the logistics that go into travel. It is a lot of sitting and typing for most of the day. We aren't wearing fancy uniforms or standing behind a polished counter here. We are just in our everyday clothes, trying to get the bookings right and helping people with their travel plans. Vikaspuri is a nice enough area, and there are some good spots nearby to grab lunch. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, which are just the small things we deal with every day. We don't use any of that corporate jargon when we talk. We just focus on getting the job done. It’s a steady pace of work. People think of flying as something very glamorous, but the office side of it is just hard work and paying attention to the details.
