We are located at 177 F/1-B, in Ward No 2 of Mehrauli. This part of New Delhi, right near the Haryana border, has a very specific feel to it. It’s not like the shiny parts of the city with the big malls. Here, the streets are a bit narrower and things feel a lot older. Our office is a simple space where we handle all the logistical stuff that comes with running an airline operation in this area. We have been here for a while and the locals know where to find us if they need to ask something in person. The address says 110030, and if you’re driving through, it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the sound of keyboards tapping away. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting lounge with magazines. It’s a functional place. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital records all day long. The air gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. It’s a busy environment but not in a flashy way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical location for us to be in, and it serves the purpose without needing to be anything more than a solid base of operations.
