Our office is located at D-2, B-2 in Moti Bagh 1. This part of Delhi is where we handle the day-to-day things that keep an airline running. It’s a lot of administrative work, filing, and managing complicated schedules. We aren’t at the airport itself, but the work we do here is what helps things happen there. The office is a bit old-fashioned and simple. We have rows of desks and plenty of paperwork to get through every week. It’s usually pretty quiet until the phones start ringing all at once. We spend our time looking at flight data and passenger lists on old monitors. Moti Bagh is a good central spot for us to work from. People who work here live all over the city and commute in. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch and talk. It’s a very practical space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes there are meetings that go on too long and we get behind. Other times we are just heads down, typing away at our keyboards. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry, but we just keep coming into this office in Delhi 21. It’s a familiar routine for all of us. We try to stay on top of the regulations and the schedules without making a big deal out of it.
