We spend our days over here at Sri Rang Bhawan. It is actually Mr. S. L. Ojha’s house, which makes the whole workspace feel a bit different than your typical office building. You can find us right near the firing range in the Bar area of Ranchi. Some mornings it is a bit noisy when things are going on outside, but you get used to it pretty quick. It is Jharkhand, so the weather does its thing and we just keep working through it. People around here know the spot. We are not tucked away in some big glass tower in a city center. It is more of a local setup. We have our desks and our equipment all set up inside the house. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave. It is pretty quiet for the most part, except for the range activities nearby. We have been here for a while now and most of us live close enough to walk or take a quick ride. The office does not have fancy signs or big flashing lights. It is just where we do our business every day. Most of us bring our own lunch and sit around talking during breaks. It is a straightforward way to spend the work week. There is plenty of space for what we need to get done. We do not really bother with much corporate talk or meetings that go on forever. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and then head home when the sun starts to go down.
