Jet Airways

Our office is located at 53-D in the LIG/RPS area of Mayapuri. If you know Mayapuri, you know it’s a lot of industrial units and small offices packed together. It’s a bit different from being at the airport, that’s for sure. We are Jet Airways but this specific spot in New Delhi 110064 is where we handle a lot of the back-end paperwork and administrative bits. The building isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The street outside is usually full of trucks or people moving stuff around so it’s never really quiet. We spend our shift answering phones and trying to sort out logistics or whatever comes across the desk that morning. It’s a lot of coordinating things that people don't really see when they are flying on the planes. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. We aren't the ones in the fancy uniforms here, just the ground crew doing the office work in a residential-style block. It’s practical and we stay busy most of the time. There is a small tea stall around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to get done every day. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now.
