Jet Airways

We’ve been over here at Gali No 2 in Multani Dhandha for a while now. If you know Paharganj, you know it gets busy and the streets are tight. Our spot is at 8897/98, and it’s basically where we handle the day-to-day stuff for Jet Airways. Most mornings start with sorting through paperwork and answering the phone that never seems to stop ringing. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows, just a practical space where we get the work done. People drop by sometimes asking for directions or help with their bookings, and we do what we can. It gets loud outside with the rickshaws and people moving about, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It’s just us here, keeping things moving and making sure the files are where they need to be. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to catch up, but usually, there is always something needing attention. The building has its quirks, like the stairs and the way the light hits the desk in the afternoon. We've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the tasks assigned to the Jet Airways name, and go home. No big speeches or fancy slogans, just a group of people working in a crowded alleyway in Paharganj.
