This office is located in Palam Colony, specifically over at Rzf-47/562 on Street No:22. It’s Sadh Nagar -Ii, a part of New Delhi that’s quite close to the airport, which makes sense for what we do. It isn't a shiny terminal building. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where we handle the ground-level stuff. We’ve got desks, some old computers, and a lot of paperwork related to flights and travel. The street outside can get quite dusty, and parking is always a bit of a struggle for anyone visiting. Inside, it’s just us trying to keep everything organized. The airline business has its ups and downs, and we’ve seen plenty of both from this small office. We aren't the people you see in the commercials with the perfect smiles. We are the ones behind the scenes in a regular Delhi colony. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to the ticketing systems. It’s just how things are here. We talk to a lot of people every day, mostly over the phone or those who walk in from the nearby houses. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy lounge chairs. Just standard office furniture and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the shifts. The dog from the next house usually sleeps right by our front door in the afternoons.
