Jet Airways

Jet Airways has an office at Rzf-337, Street No.3 in Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-45. It’s a small place, really. We spend most of our time here dealing with flight schedules and customer queries that come in through our Yahoo email, urshankey. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by, so we usually keep the door shut. It isn't a high-rise building with a view. It’s just a regular room with a few desks and some old fans on the ceiling. We don't have a big team of executives. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend the whole afternoon just filing things away. It gets a bit dull, but that is part of the job. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. People come here because they know the address and they know we will be here from nine to six. We have a small kettle for making tea in the afternoons. That is usually the highlight of the day. The parking in Mahavir Enclave is a total mess, so we usually tell people to just take a rickshaw. It’s an honest living and we are okay with that. We just do the work that needs doing and go home to our families.
