We handle things for Jet Airways from this little spot at Rz-14, South Extn -Ii in Uttam Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood in New Delhi, and there’s always something going on outside our door. The office is pretty small and straightforward. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down to sort out ticket issues and talk to customers who live nearby. Working in Uttam Nagar means you’re always in the thick of it, with the markets and the traffic. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and most people around here know where we are. It’s not a fancy airport lounge; it’s just a regular office with some computers and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend our day dealing with flight schedules and passenger details. It can get a bit stressful when flights are canceled or delayed, but we just do our best to help whoever walks in. We aren't some big corporate machine with scripted answers. We just talk to people like normal and try to fix their travel problems. It’s just how we do things here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desks are a bit old, but it works for us and we get the job done every day without needing anything fancy to show off.
