Jet Airways

Our setup is located at House Number 497 in V.P.O Jharoda Kalan. It might seem a bit unusual to find an aviation-linked name out here in a village area of New Delhi, but this is where we are based. It’s a quiet spot compared to the airport, with more cows and tractors around than planes. The house we work out of is just a standard brick building like the others on the street. We don’t have big signs or neon lights out front. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some computers where we handle our daily business. Most of the people working here are from the village or the surrounding areas, so it’s a very tight-knit group. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings that go on forever. We just talk across the room when something needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes the roads a bit muddy, but we manage. It’s a practical way to run things without the high costs of a city center office. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about moving. It’s home for us and it keeps us connected to where we came from. We just keep doing our bit every day without making any grand claims about it. It’s just our way of working in a place that feels real and familiar.
