If you’re looking for us, we are at House No: 1140 in Sec-37, Faridabad. It’s over in Haryana, 121003. Jet Airways has this little spot where we handle things locally. It’s literally a house, so it doesn't look like a typical business office from the outside. We have our phone numbers, +91 9212128581 and 9911788231, which ring more often than you’d think. Sometimes both go off at once and it’s a bit of a scramble to answer them. Working in Faridabad is a bit different than being in the middle of New Delhi. It’s a little less frantic, but we still stay busy. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that are starting to rust at the bottom. It’s a lot of talking to people about their travel plans and trying to fix issues with their tickets. We don't have a big team here. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the routines and we know how to handle the common problems that come up. Sometimes we stay late when there are a lot of calls to get through. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the people we work with. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, which is nice. We just focus on the work and try to keep things organized as best as we can without making things too complicated.
