You can find us at 2/5 on the first floor in East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. Jet Airways has this office here to manage things away from the airport noise. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been set up in this building for quite some time now. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into flying. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people talking on headsets. We don't have a big runway outside, just the streets of East Punjabi Bagh. Usually, we’re busy sorting out schedules or helping people with their travel plans. It’s a lot of staring at screens and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we’re just a local office doing our job. We get our tea from the shop nearby and settle in for the day. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to drop by if they need to talk to someone in person. It’s a steady pace most days, and we like the routine we’ve built here. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure everything stays on track for the passengers. We keep some old flight magazines on the table and there's a dusty plant in the corner that we forget to water. It’s a plain office, but it’s where all the heavy lifting happens for us.
