We've been over here in Ashok Vihar for a while now. Most people know the spot at Ia/62-B, it's pretty easy to find if you're around Phase-1. It isn't a fancy office, just where we handle the day-to-day stuff for Jet Airways. Dealing with travel can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the scheduling and changes. We don't have those big glass walls or a reception area that looks like a museum. It's just a place where work happens. We try to be straightforward. If a flight is delayed, we tell you. There's no point in making things sound better than they are. We just stay focused on the tasks in front of us.
