Our office is located at 29 Parkend in the Preet Vihar area. It’s a well-known part of East Delhi, around the 110053 pin code. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. It’s not a huge airport terminal or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we handle the ground-level stuff. There’s a lot of talk about planes and schedules throughout the day. The desks are usually covered in printouts and sticky notes. Preet Vihar is a busy place, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in the travel industry for a long time, so we’ve seen all the ups and downs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. The chairs are a bit old and the cupboards are stuffed with old files. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes people stop by with questions, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s a straightforward operation. We drink tea, answer phones, and keep an eye on the clock. It’s just a normal workplace in a busy part of Delhi. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We’re just the folks at Parkend keeping things moving as best as we can.
