Jet Airways

We are based at 22/23Ab on the ground floor in New Delhi, zip code 110018. It’s a busy little office where we deal with all sorts of Jet Airways business. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions, even if they are supposed to call the main line. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that stick when you try to open them. We have a lot of posters of planes on the walls, though some of them are starting to yellow at the edges. It’s a loud area, so you can always hear the cars and buses honking outside. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing up reports. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy gadgets or a lounge. We just have our chairs, our computers, and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little bit. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so we know the routine. We start early and stay until the work is done. There is a lot of paperwork involved in running an airline, even just from a local branch like this. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s just hard work and making sure the details are right so that things don’t go wrong for the passengers later on.
