Jet Airways

Our spot is in Mandakini Apartments, specifically B-701 in Sector 2 of Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We use this space to handle a lot of the technical side of the airline business. There’s a lot of coordinating that goes on behind the scenes that passengers never see. We’re up on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view of the other buildings in the plot. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and files. We spend our hours looking at flight paths, crew schedules, and maintenance logs. It’s a lot of data, and sometimes the screens make your eyes tired by the end of the day. We aren't the ones you see at the airport in the uniforms; we are the ones making sure the paperwork is filed and the numbers add up correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just treat it like any other job. We make our own tea in the morning and sit down to see what the day’s schedule looks like. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight or a piece of equipment, and then the whole office gets really loud and busy. But mostly, it’s just us doing the quiet work that keeps things moving in the air. We stay until the work is finished.
