We are tucked away in Gautam Nagar, right behind the Durga Mandir. If you find the temple, you’re basically there. We’re on the fourth floor of House 5. It’s a bit of a climb, but the view of the neighborhood is alright from the windows. This isn't a big airport terminal; it’s more of an administrative spot where we handle the details that people don't usually see. There are phones ringing quite a bit and a lot of talk about schedules and logistics. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a bit cramped with all the computers and desks, but we make it work. The staff here knows each other well. We eat lunch together and complain about the New Delhi heat just like everyone else. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep us on track. It’s the kind of place where things get done without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Gautam Nagar. We aren't here to put on a show or act like something we aren't. We’re just here to make sure the back-end stuff stays organized so the flights can keep moving for everyone. It is a long day usually, but we get through it together.
