Our office is tucked away inside Vardhman Apartment in Ur Vihar. It's not a big corporate building or anything, just a regular space in the E-24 block where we handle things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through stacks of paperwork that seem to grow on the desks. Being in the Phase 1 extension area of New Delhi makes it a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice when things get stressful. We have a few desks squeezed in and there's usually a kettle going for tea in the corner. People come by sometimes looking for help with their travel plans or just to ask questions about flights. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The light coming through the windows isn't great in the afternoon, so we have to keep the overheads on. Dealing with the travel industry means things change fast, so we spend a lot of time on the computers trying to keep up. It’s a pretty standard routine of checking schedules and answering emails. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors in the apartment complex are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It’s just a practical setup for the work we need to get done. We don't have fancy lobbies, just a working office where we try to stay organized and keep the files in order.
