Jet Airways

This branch is tucked away in the Kangra Niketan area, specifically at K-270 in Vikas Puri. It is a residential-feeling neighborhood, so it does not feel like a typical airport office at all. We spend a lot of our time on the phones and computers here, dealing with the back-end stuff that people do not usually see. The office itself is okay, but it gets a bit cramped when every member of the staff is in at the same time. We have desks pushed close together and some old chairs that tend to squeak a lot when you move. It is a lot of coordination work, making sure all the schedules are lined up correctly. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of the Delhi summer, so we end up opening the windows and letting the heat in. It is not a glamorous spot, but we get the job done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is usually a lot of talk about the local traffic or where to get the best lunch. We do not have a big sign outside, so sometimes people have a little trouble finding the exact house number on the street. It is mostly a quiet street, except when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon. We go through a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. It is just us trying to keep the schedules straight and handling the paperwork.
