Jet Airways

This office for Jet Airways is located at 3411, Hakim Baqa Street in Hauz Qazi. It’s Baljinder Kaur Oberoi’s place, right in the heart of Old Delhi. If you’ve ever been to 110006, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always rushing around. It’s a world away from the modern airport terminals. We work out of this historic area, surrounded by the smell of street food and the sound of rickshaws. The office itself is old and has a lot of character. We don't have fancy glass walls; we have thick stone walls and old wooden doors. Dealing with an airline from Hakim Baqa Street means we are always busy with something. There’s a lot of manual work, checking lists, and talking to people who come in from the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know our neighbors well. It’s a tight-knit spot. The work can be stressful when flights are delayed or things go wrong, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren't using corporate slogans here. We are just trying to help people with their travel needs while living in one of the busiest parts of the city. It’s a real, messy, and loud place to work, but it has a lot of heart. We just do our best to stay organized amidst all the chaos of Hauz Qazi. It is a busy life but it is our life.
