Jet Airways

Our spot for Jet Airways is at H-534 in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s a different vibe here than in the middle of Delhi. Palam Vihar has a lot of houses and it feels a bit more spread out. The office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate space. We have some desks and a few computers where we handle all the booking stuff. Gurgaon gets really hot in the summer, and the dust from the new roads being built nearby is always blowing in. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the main airport or helping people with their travel plans. It’s mostly just us and the hum of the ceiling fans. We have a small pantry where we make coffee when the afternoons get long. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s quiet enough to get work done. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. Sometimes people get lost looking for the H-block, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and make sure the flights are sorted out. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels like home now. The routine is the same every day, but we don't mind it. It is just a regular office day for everyone.
