Our office is over at A 193 in Lajpat Nagar 1. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and we’ve been at this address for quite a bit. It’s a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a typical office tower. We handle a lot of the local ticketing and customer queries from this spot. It gets quite busy, especially in the mornings when people are trying to sort out their travel plans. The space isn't huge, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through. We’ve got some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around since we first opened this branch. The walls are decorated with some maps and old calendars. It’s a very lived-in space. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just answer the phones and try to help folks with their flights as best as we can. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it still keeps the room cool enough for everyone. Lajpat Nagar is always noisy with shoppers and traffic, but we don't mind it much. It feels like we are right in the heart of the city. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things moving and helping travelers get where they need to go.
