We just have a water cooler and some chairs. The goal is just to handle the passenger requests as they come. Sometimes the phones go out or the electricity flickers, but that is just life in Delhi. We handle the paperwork, answer the questions, and try to keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a straightforward job for a straightforward team of people. We try to keep it simple and get people on their way.
