Out in Hauz Khas, you can find us at Y-8. It is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of it. We don't have the big airplanes parked outside, obviously, but this is where a lot of the logistical stuff happens. The office is usually humming with activity. We have people coming in to sort out their tickets or ask about flight schedules. It can get a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially when there are delays or changes in the system. The staff here has been through a lot of ups and downs, but we just keep showing up and doing the work. We use standard computers and some old-fashioned ledger books for some things. It’s not a high-tech hub; it’s more of a service point for the people in this part of the city. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive coffee machines. We just have a water cooler and some chairs. The goal is just to handle the passenger requests as they come. Sometimes the phones go out or the electricity flickers, but that is just life in Delhi. We handle the paperwork, answer the questions, and try to keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a straightforward job for a straightforward team of people. We try to keep it simple and get people on their way.
