This location in Hari Nagar is where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff. It is in a residential block, DB/67-D, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate hub at all. It feels more like a house that turned into an office over time. We have several rows of desks and a lot of power cables running across the floor. Most of our day is spent dealing with booking issues or people asking about refunds and flight schedules. Hari Nagar is a busy area, so there is always the sound of scooters and cars honking outside. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, but mostly we just order from the shop downstairs. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with the phones to really worry about that. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few minutes and everything goes quiet, which is actually a nice break from the constant typing. We have a lot of regular people from the neighborhood who just walk in because they know we are here. They ask about their flights or if we can help them with a printout. It is a very practical way to work. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It is just us, the computers, and a lot of paper that needs to be filed away by the end of the week.
