Jet Airways

We are located in Flat No. 28- C at the Dda Lig Flats in A Puri. It is right near the Rajouri Apparments in New Delhi. This isn't a big airport terminal or a skyscraper office. It is a small space in a residential complex where we handle local tasks for Jet Airways. Being in an Lig flat means it is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment. We spend our time dealing with customer queries and sorting out ticket issues. It is a lot of sitting and typing. The neighborhood is usually full of people and kids playing outside, which we can hear from our window. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People who come here are usually looking for help with a booking or have some questions about their flights. We do our best to find the answers on our system. Sometimes the computer is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the busy hours. It is just a small branch office, really. Most of our work is about solving little problems before they get bigger. We have been in this spot for a while, so the security guards and neighbors all know us. It is just a regular place of work for us here in 110064, nothing too special but we stay busy.
