We are based out of Prateek Apartments in Paschim Vihar. It’s more of a residential feel here than a big business hub, which is actually quite nice for us. Our unit is A-2/168. It’s where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for the airline. There are files everywhere and someone is always typing something up on their laptop. It’s not a big airport office with planes outside the window, just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, so we try to keep the noise down as much as possible. Sometimes the lift stops working, and we have to walk up the stairs, which isn't great in the heat. We get a lot of calls throughout the day from different departments. The team here is small, mostly just a few of us who have been in the industry for years. We know the ins and outs of the paperwork and how things should be filed. Paschim Vihar is a good area, with plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea during the break. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just come in, handle the bookings or the schedules, and make sure things are logged correctly. It’s steady work. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the storage boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s our little corner of the city where we keep things moving behind the scenes.
