We are tucked away in Lane No 2 on East Park Road. It’s House number 11058 in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how tight the streets can be. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of commerce happening every single day. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything. It feels more like a local spot. We handle the local side of things for the airline from this building. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of old files. We have been here through many seasons. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s dusty, but the work never stops. People come and go throughout the day. We mostly focus on making sure the backend stuff is handled properly. There isn’t a lot of space, so we have to stay pretty organized. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic from our windows. It’s a very real part of the city to work in. We like being in Karol Bagh because everything is close by. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We just do our jobs and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. There’s no need for fancy talk when there’s work to be done. We just keep our heads down and get through the day, one ticket at a time.
