Our office is located at R-163 in Vani Vihar, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. It’s a pretty standard residential and commercial mix around here, so things are usually lively. We handle a lot of the ground-level work related to travel and flights from this location. It’s not the main airport office, obviously, but a local branch where we deal with the paperwork and customer queries that come up. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of files that we have to keep organized. It can get pretty warm in the summer months, but we have the fans going and we just keep at it. People from around Uttam Nagar often stop by because it’s easier than trying to do everything over the phone or going all the way to a bigger office. We spend a lot of time explaining different rules and prices to folks who aren't quite sure how it all works. There’s a lot of typing and checking screens to make sure the information we give out is what’s currently in the system. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit while we refresh the page. It’s just regular daily work, nothing too exciting, but it’s what keeps the business moving. We like being in Vani Vihar because it feels like a real community where people know each other. We usually have a bit of chai in the afternoon to stay focused on the work.
