Jet Airways

Our little office is located at B-1860 in Jahangir Puri, right on the first floor. It is a pretty standard building for this part of New Delhi. We have been working out of this space for a while, dealing with all the flight stuff that comes our way. The area around here stays pretty crowded, and parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about their tickets. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. There are a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us to find a route or check a price. Sometimes the internet acts up, which makes things slow, but we manage to get through the pile of work. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and you can hear the street noise from the window. We like being part of the local scene here in 110033. Most of the people who come in are from nearby, just looking to sort out their travel without too much fuss. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to keep our records straight and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a busy life in Jahangir Puri, but we are used to the pace by now.
