Jet Airways

We operate out of B-10 in Noida. It’s a standard office block in a part of the city that has seen a lot of changes over the years. This Jet Airways office is where we handle various bits of administrative work and customer queries. It’s not the airport, so there are no planes nearby, just lots of desks and computers. The building is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We spend most of our shift dealing with ticket changes, cancellations, and lost luggage claims that come through the system. It can be a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important for keeping things running. The B-10 area is fairly easy to navigate once you get into the right sector of Noida. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch most days. The walls are mostly bare except for some old flight maps and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. People sometimes stop by in person if they are having trouble with their online bookings, and we try to help them out as best as we can. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a typical office environment with the usual mix of busy hours and quiet spells. We’ve been in this Noida spot for quite a while and it suits the work we do. There are usually three or four of us here at any time. We keep the files organized and answer the phones as they ring. It is just a part of the day.
