This little office in Indra Park has been part of my life for a long time. We are tucked away in Street No.10, and if you aren't looking closely, you might miss us. It’s not a big airport terminal, just a small space in Palam Colony. We handle the paperwork and the bookings that keep things moving. Being near the airport helps, but the traffic around here is always a mess. People stop by to complain about their flights or ask how to change a date. We just listen and try to sort it out on the system. It’s a lot of typing and waiting for pages to load. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit. That’s just how it is in Delhi. We aren't wearing those fancy uniforms you see on the planes. We’re just regular people in regular clothes trying to get the job done. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the computers work fine. Most folks who come here are from the nearby streets. They know us by name. We don't do big ads. Word of mouth is enough for a place like this. It gets loud outside with the bikes and the horns, but inside we just focus on the tickets. It’s a simple setup at Rz-26P/52. We stay late if there is a lot to do. It’s just how we run things.
