The office is on the top floor of a building in Old Rajinder Nagar. If you have been to this part of New Delhi, you know how tight the streets can be and how hard it is to find a parking spot. We are at 23/11, and climbing up the stairs every day keeps us fit, I suppose. It is not a big airport lounge; it is just a workspace where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff. We have a lot of files and some old computers that still work well enough for what we need. The view from the top floor is just other rooftops and the busy street below. We get a lot of noise from the tea stalls and the students who live around here. It is a very lively area. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks making calls or filling out forms. It can get quite hot in the summer since we are right under the roof, but the fans do their best. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. People come here because they have business to finish, and we help them get it done. It is a simple setup. We know the guy who sells samosas downstairs, and that is usually our lunch. Working in Old Rajinder Nagar has its challenges, but it is a central place and we have been here for a while. It is just a regular Delhi office life for us.
