We are over here at Ratnakar Apartments in Sector 4, Dwarka. It’s a residential block really, specifically Plot 21. If you look for Flat 85, that is where you will find us working. Most days start early because there is always some paperwork to sort through or people calling about flights and tickets. Dwarka is quite spread out, so it takes a while to get around, but our building is in a decent spot near the main market. We have a few desks set up and the fans are usually going full speed in this Delhi heat. Sometimes the lift in the apartment block acts up, so walking up to the flat is the only way to get in. It is not a fancy corporate tower or anything like that. Just a regular flat where we get things done and keep our records. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a bit now. People from the neighborhood know the building well. There is a small stall nearby where we grab tea during our breaks. The noise from the street comes in sometimes when the windows are open, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels more like a home office than a big business center. We try to keep things organized despite all the files piling up on the main table. It stays busy from morning till the evening hours when everyone finally heads back home.
