Jet Airways (P) Ltd. operates out of I-146 in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. This particular spot is more about the administrative side of things and handling the logistics that keep everything else moving. Kirti Nagar is a pretty industrial and active area, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, talking on phones and looking at schedules. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building has that lived-in feel, with old files and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously, but we’re the ones making sure the paperwork behind the scenes is mostly in order. It’s a lot of routine stuff, checking numbers and coordinating between different departments. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. The neighborhood is full of shops and warehouses, so it feels like a real working-class part of the city. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We just have our workstations and a small area for tea. It’s a practical office for practical people. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how to get things done without having to explain much. It's just a regular office day, every day.
