Working at the Jet Airways office at 357 Dda Flats in Khirki, Malviya Nagar, is always an experience. It’s New Delhi-17, so you know it’s a busy area. This isn't the airport; it’s where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff. The office is inside the DDA flats, which gives it a bit of a neighborhood feel rather than a cold office building. We have people coming in with questions all the time. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always someone looking for help with a booking or a ticket issue. It can get a little cramped when everyone is in at once. We’ve got desks pushed together and stacks of files everywhere. Outside, Malviya Nagar is always moving. You hear the sounds of the market and the traffic all day long. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of data entry and talking to customers. Some of us have been here for years and know the rhythms of the place. It’s not glamorous, but it’s an important part of how things run. We take our lunch breaks nearby and then get back to the screens. It’s just a standard office job in a busy part of South Delhi. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a lot of work to get through before we go home for the evening. Sometimes we stay late when there are a lot of updates to process.
