Jet Airways (India) Ltd

We are based at K-97 in New Mahavir Nagar, which is a part of New Delhi that stays pretty busy. This isn't an airport terminal or a fancy lounge. It’s an office where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for Jet Airways (India) Ltd. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules, dealing with paperwork, and answering questions. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking on the phone. The area around New Mahavir Nagar is full of shops and people going about their business, so there’s always a bit of background noise coming in through the windows. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about the airline industry. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers match up and the records are kept in order. We have our fair share of stress, especially when things change quickly and we have to catch up. We aren't big on using fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. We like to keep things simple and practical. If you ever need to find us, just look for the K-97 building. We’ll be inside, probably drinking tea and trying to finish the day's tasks before the sun goes down.
