We are based out of House Number 152 in Sultanpur Colony. It might seem a bit unusual for an airline like Jet Airways to have an office in a residential colony, but this is where we manage a lot of our local operations. The house is a standard building on a street that gets quite a bit of foot traffic. We have converted some of the rooms into workspaces with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. It doesn't look like an airport terminal at all. Instead, it feels more like a small neighborhood business. We handle a variety of administrative tasks here, from looking over schedules to dealing with local paperwork that needs sorting. The neighbors are mostly used to us being here by now. We try to keep things quiet, but sometimes the phones ring quite a bit. There is a small courtyard where we can step out for a bit of air during our breaks. The metro station is nearby, which makes it easier for the staff to get to work every day. We don't have any big glowing signs or fancy reception areas. You just walk through the main door and you are in the middle of our office. It is a practical setup that works for what we need to do. We just keep going with our daily routines and try to stay on top of the work.
