We are based at A-344 in Kidwai Nagar East. Working for Jet Airways India Ltd from this location means we are right in the middle of a busy part of New Delhi. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get the daily work done. Most of the time, we are busy with ticketing issues, passenger queries, or just the mountain of paperwork that comes with the airline industry. We have a lot of files and old manuals sitting on the shelves. The air conditioning usually struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we manage. We aren't the people you see at the airport in uniforms; we are the ones behind the scenes in Kidwai Nagar making sure the back-end stuff stays on track. People think the airline business is all about travel and excitement, but for us, it is mostly about making sure names are spelled right and dates are correct. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about anything except work. It’s a steady job with a lot of routine, and we’ve been at this address for quite a while now. We just try to keep things moving so that everything else down the line works like it is supposed to.
