Our local contact point here in the city is over in Pul Prahlad Pur in New Delhi. To be specific, we are located at Shri S.P. Chourasia's place at GA-19. It is more of a residential-style setup for an airline office, but that is how our registration is set up at the moment. We handle a lot of the logistics and administrative side of things from this particular spot. It definitely isn't like a big airport terminal with those shiny floors and huge windows. It feels much more like a home-office environment when you walk in. We have a massive amount of files, folders, and documents related to the flight operations and the various staff members. People sometimes get a bit lost trying to find this address because the lanes in Pul Prahlad Pur can be like a maze if you aren't familiar with the neighborhood. We have been based here for a while, just taking care of all the paperwork that is required to keep an airline running. There is always something that needs to be done, whether it is organizing schedules or dealing with various forms. The area is usually quite crowded and there is a lot of noise coming in from the street. We just sit here with our cups of tea and work our way through the stacks of paper on our desks. It isn't a very glamorous job, but it is necessary to keep things moving. We see plenty of people from the neighborhood walking past our door every day. We have become a small part of the local life here over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It is all about doing the work that needs doing so that everything else can function properly.
